Practical Info
Accomodation. September 6 happens to fall on a UO football weekend. Hotel rooms often get booked months in advance for these weekends. We have reserved rooms in C'est la Vie Inn and Excelsior Inn.
- C'est la Vie Inn: This is where the ceremony will take place. The inn is meticulously appointed. We have reserved all rooms in this place, but there is only one more still available! We would appreciate it if someone books this room :)
- Excelsior Inn: This is the recption site, and close to the university (most likely location for taking pictures).
- Hilton: Downtown location, expected Hilton service.
Wedding Locations. We are maintaining a detailed Google Map with pointers to various locations in Eugene that might be relevant to our guests. A few details from this map:

Rehearsal dinner: Bruno's Chef's Kitchen, corner of Hilyard and West Amazon Drive, south of Amazon Park.
There is usually enough parking space in this small shopping center.

Ceremony: C'est la Vie Inn, corner of Taylor and 10th.
There is more than enough parking space around C'est la Vie: this is a quiet neighbourhood with big roads.

Reception: Excelsior Inn, 754 East 13th Avenue (across the hospital).
13th St. itself is a little bit busy, and finding a parking spot right on this stretch of 13th avenue might be tricky. However, there should be plenty of street parking on the blocks west of the Excelsior.
Getting Around.
- Car Rental: If your coming a few days earlier, then you might want to consider to rent a car. Our favorite restaurants and favorite things to do are quite spread out over Eugene, and getting everywhere with public transportation might be impractical. Also, the area around Eugene is spectacularly beautiful, so you might want to consider to do a drive to explore the area.

Taxi: Don't expect to be able to hail
a taxi off the street. If you are not renting a car and
needs a taxi, then please do call ahead to reserve it.

- From the Airport. Other than taxi or car rental, the OmniShuttle can transport you to and from the airport to town for about $20 each way.
- Wedding Day We're not sure yet if we will rent a small car or a limo for the wedding day. We will soon send out an email to ask our guests if they're considering to rent a car for their stay in Eugene, so that we can help with transportation the best we can.
